The DSE’s governance structure is built on three pillars. The apex pillar is the General Meeting of the shareholders of the company. An annual general meeting (AGM) is a yearly gathering of a company's shareholders whereby the Directors of the company present the annual report containing information about the company's performance and strategy. This forum is the final organ in the governance ladder within the DSE.
